Celebrating the Resurrection - The Eternal Living One

The second section develops Christ's victory over death and demons. Scripture and hymns proclaim that Jesus conquered the domain of evil and darkness, did not remain permanently in the tomb but rose in glorious resurrection. His resurrection is clear evidence of His power over death and darkness. The empty tomb is the strongest sign that Christ defeated the power of death; death no longer has terrifying dominion. The gospel of Resurrection is proclaimed everywhere, bringing hope to all humanity.
The third section applies the Resurrection message to the practical life of the congregation. Because Jesus lives, believers can walk with hope, no longer fearing the darkness of night because Christ's light illuminates their path. In every season of suffering, the congregation knows that God walks alongside, bringing peace and comfort to the soul. The resurrection of Christ is not merely a historical event but a living reality in the heart of each believer today. The congregation is invited to praise Jesus the Living One, recognizing that He is Lord of lords, who came down for humanity to bear their sins and remove their shame.
The final section focuses on liberation and saving grace. The cross where Christ died is the place where countless sins are forgiven, and Christ has broken every chain of sin. The Hallelujah of praise is offered to honor the One who redeemed His people, freeing them from the grip of death. This salvation is accomplished solely by the name of Jesus Christ, the Eternal Living One, who defeated death and walks with believers to bring hope, peace, and eternal glory.
